Definitely out of my comfort zone with this outfit. I’m not really a big fan of harem pants, something about the billowy crotch makes me feel like something’s always going to go horribly wrong. But I gave’em another shot today anyways.

Fashion Friday: Behind the Scenes

Haii guys! SO basically I know I usually post an outfit on Fridays but I plan on being a nerdy hermit for most of the day so I decided to switch things up.

Alot of people ask/wonder how my photos are taken, and who’s taking them. Photos around my house and in my backyard are taken by me. I set up my SLR (D60, usually) on a tripod and activate the shutter with a remote and pose away like a lonely lameass.

Photos not in close proximity to my house are taken by my friend TAMI (you should all go follow her, just sayin’). She and I are in the same program and actually became good friends through our love of photography. She’s amazing, basically.

It’s not like shots are always nailed on the first go. I’m not a graceful human being people! lol.  I don’t take myself that seriously, so theres alot of laughter, alot of awkward moments, and alot of distractions…which include Tami and I losing our balance quite often for some odd reason haha. ATHLETICISM. To be honest, I prefer to be behind the lens, so having my picture taken is a very strange experience for me.

Anyways, I hope you guys found that more interesting than boring! I get asked alot about how my photos are taken, and thats your answer. Partly alone-time patience on my part, and an amazing group of supportive friends.
